Winning an Auction

The highest bidder at the end of the auction will be declared the winner. Our team will contact the winner directly via the mobile number used for verification.

Payments & Finalization

  • All payments must be completed within the timeline provided by our team.
  • Delayed or failed payments may lead to cancellation of the winning bid.
  • Applicable taxes, transfer fees, and other charges must be borne by the buyer.

Vehicle Condition & Inspection

While we strive to display accurate vehicle details, images, and conditions, all vehicles are sold on an "as-is" basis. We recommend buyers inspect vehicles before final payment whenever applicable.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using fake mobile numbers or identities.
  • Interfering with auction processes.
  • Attempting to manipulate auction results.
  • Posting abusive, harmful, or misleading information.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account involved in:

  • Fraudulent bidding
  • Payment disputes
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Harmful or illegal activities

Limitation of Liability
