Audio files stored on Secure Digital (SD) and Multi Media Card (MMC) can also be played through a card reader located below the touchscreen display. The twelve speakers with a preset digital equalizer and surround sound guarantee quality sound for everyone in the new SKODA Laura. The Climatronic Dual-zone automatic climate control system, adjustable vents on the rear centre console and a retractable screen just makes you feel more comfortable.
The Cruise Control System maintains a constant speed and eliminates the need to constantly put pressure on the accelerator pedal. When rain is detected, the rain sensor automatically activates the front aero-wipers and adjusts their speed with the intensity of the rain. The Light Assistant automatically switches on the car's lights for a specific period of time when leaving and approaching the car, helping passengers to find their way in the dark. Boarding spot lamps guide users when stepping in and out of the car as well. The spot lamps in the interior provide a soft and relaxing glow that is just bright enough for easy reading.
12-Way Electrically Adjustable Driver Seat
The driver seat can be electrically adjusted for under-thigh, lumbar, height, recline and length setting of the seat to let you obtain a personalised position for a comfortable drive. Three memory settings store the seat (and mirror) position for three different users, such that it can be automatically adjusted to the stored values at the touch of a button.
